Journal - What is good email etiquette and why is it essential in the "real" world? How can having good email etiquette put you ahead?

Good email etiquette is being formal and easy to read. It would also be helpful a lot of times to get straight to the point and not to type a story if your asking for resources. It is essential in the "real" world to have the ability to write good emails because it would help the client more and possibly make the client like you more. Having good email etiquette can put you ahead because it will possibly make the person think you are smarter than you might actually be.
